The Art of the Thank You Note - Part 2
Hello! I’m so happy you’re here!
An important part of career planning is meeting with people to help your opportunities grow. Whether that’s through job interviews, informal coffee conversations or shadowing days, you want to express your gratitude in a meaningful way.
Sending a thoughtful card is the best way to say ‘thank you,’ and put an end cap to an inspiring meeting or in-person interview. To help save time and reduce any excuses to not send one, I wanted to share these four sentiments that you can customize and put in your card to thank whomever.
The key with using these samples and writing really thoughtful notes is customizing it to the conversation that you had. If there was a piece that they mentioned that was really inspiring or makes you even more excited about the job prospect, mention that. They want to see your excitement and sharing that in your note makes it twice as impactful!
